- What is Jetto Voice?
- Jetto Voice is a voice input app for macOS. In any app, press the shortcut and start talking, then press it again to finish. AI transcribes and polishes what you said, and the text is inserted right at your cursor.
- How is Jetto Voice different from macOS built-in dictation?
- Jetto Voice reads the text in your current window, so proper nouns come out right the first time. AI removes filler words, adds punctuation, and turns spoken "first, second" into a list. It can also switch to different writing styles, such as email or code, based on the app or website you are using.
- Which apps and languages does Jetto Voice support?
- It works in any app where you can type, such as LINE, Slack, Notes and Chrome. You can choose from more than 60 recognition languages, including Traditional Chinese (Taiwan, Hong Kong), Simplified Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean. Requires macOS 14 or later.
- Can I speak Chinese and get English text directly?
- Yes. Each mode lets you set the language you speak and the language you want written, for example speak Chinese and get English or Japanese directly.
- How much does Jetto Voice cost?
- The Free plan includes 3,000 characters per week, counted on the polished output. The Pro plan is US$12 per month with no character limit.
- Are my voice and screen content saved?
- Screen text recognition runs entirely on your Mac, and screenshots never leave your device. Voice and text are sent to the cloud in real time for transcription and polishing, then discarded right away. They are not written to a database and are not used to train models. Your history is stored on your own Mac.
- What permissions does Jetto Voice need?
- It needs microphone access to record, and Accessibility access to insert text at your cursor. Without Accessibility, it pastes through the clipboard instead. If you turn on screen context, it also needs Screen Recording permission.
